Before commencing work, care is taken to analyse and question a brief: only candidates that answer the brief in full will be presented.

What you can expect?

Step 1
Getting to know you and your company is critical before even beginning to look for candidates. Therefore I always like to meet with you at your offices for an initial conversation about the role in question.

In addition to this I like to get a feel for the agency – this helps me understand what kind of person you need both on a technical & personal level. At this point I’ll be able to take a more thorough brief, too.

Step 2
I personally and thoroughly assess every candidate before introducing them to you. You will only receive candidates that are 100% interested in the role.

Step 3
Once I have a short list of suitable applicants I help arrange first stage interviews, plus any subsequent ones.

Step 4
Once I’ve found the right person for you and you’re satisfied that you want them, I conduct reference checks, help negotiate the remuneration package and facilitate the appointment of the chosen candidate.

Step 5
And I stay in touch… After the appointment has been sewn up, I make sure that I am in regular contact to ensure that you’re still happy with your new employee.
