I offer a more targeted alternative unlike many other recruitment organisations that is sensitive to the needs of both clients and candidates. Coming from a creative design background with a keen eye for typography (my passion), I can evaluate a good creative portfolio, am an intuitive listener and consider myself to be a good judge of character.
These skillsets enable me to really get to know my clients and candidates alike and take a more well-rounded approach to matching the right person to the right role.
The success of my business is built on long-term relationships with some of London’s most creative agencies and design consultancies and creative professionals. I provide ongoing career guidance to candidates and ongoing recruitment services for my clients.
I make it my business to stay in touch with the current movers and shakers, thereby keeping up-to-date with what’s happening in the market place.

I begin by finding out about your interests and passions, where you want to go in life including what ambitions you have. By investing time in exploring your career options helps me to find the most suitable roles for you.

Before commencing work I will do my very best to get to know you and your business. Care is taken to analyse and question a brief so that I may provide you with a short list of candidates that fulfil your requirements.

Candidates are recruited from a variety of sources, including: collaboration with other senior-level recruiters, extensive industry contacts, industry-specific jobs’ boards, networking, headhunting, recommendation and referral, the Tribe-People website and social media, such as Linked In and X.
