I offer a more targeted alternative unlike many other recruitment organisations that is sensitive to the needs of both clients and candidates. Coming from a creative design background with a keen eye for typography (my passion), I can evaluate a good creative portfolio, am an intuitive listener and consider myself to be a good judge of character.

The success of my business is built on long-term relationships with some of London’s most creative agencies and design consultancies and creative professionals. I provide ongoing career guidance to candidates and ongoing recruitment services for my clients.

Before commencing work I will do my very best to get to know you and your business. Care is taken to analyse and question a brief so that I may provide you with a short list of candidates that fulfil your requirements.
Candidates are recruited from a variety of sources, including: collaboration with other senior-level recruiters, extensive industry contacts, industry-specific jobs’ boards, networking, headhunting, recommendation and referral, the Tribe-People website and social media, such as Linked In and X.
